First, open chrome on a computer (mac or pc). Go into your email and click on the link from fetchapp. It will take you to a page on the chrome store. Press add to chrome in order to download the bot. The icon appear in your toolbar, to the right of your search box. It is a blue and black circle with a white sneaker in it.
